Hello and welcome! I'm Brock, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

My path to psychotherapy has been shaped by a genuine curiosity about people, their stories, and how our experiences influence the way we understand ourselves and move through the world. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in both post-secondary and elementary education, conducted community-oriented research, and became a published author. These experiences continue to shape my perspective and reinforce the importance of understanding each person within the context of their life and environment.

I work primarily with teens and adults who may appear to have things together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, lost, or disconnected on the inside. Many clients struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, self-criticism, life transitions, identity, or uncertainty about the future. If you've ever felt like everyone else has life figured out while you're still trying to find your footing, you're not alone.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. I primarily draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and cognitive behavioural approaches. Together, these help us explore underlying emotions and past experiences, recognize patterns in your thoughts and behaviours, and make sense of your personal story in ways that support meaningful growth and change.

I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms. It’s an opportunity to better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and move through life with greater clarity and intention. I work alongside you to explore your experiences with curiosity and honesty. Together, we build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create a path forward that feels authentic to you—not one defined by the expectations of others.

Whether you're navigating school, work, relationships, or a season of uncertainty, therapy can offer space to slow down, reflect, and grow. My goal is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, understood, and supported as we work toward the life you want to build.

If you're ready to feel less stuck, more grounded, and in charge of your next steps, reach out and let's start figuring it out together.
