Hi, I’m Jillian! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a deep passion for walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. I hold a master’s degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University, and I’ve had the privilege of gaining valuable experience during my internship at the Community Counselling Centre of London. These opportunities have shaped my skills and strengthened my commitment to helping individuals find hope, healing, and new ways forward.

My passion for supporting others is deeply personal. Having gone through my own struggles, I know firsthand how overwhelming certain seasons of life can feel. These experiences allow me to connect with clients not just as a professional, but as someone who truly “gets it.” They’ve also fueled my empathy and inspired me to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges without judgment and at your own pace.

I’ve worked with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and disordered eating. Because each person’s story is unique, I use a flexible, integrative approach. I often draw on tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and spiritual care practices. For clients who are interested, I am also open to incorporating Christian perspectives into our work together, while always respecting your beliefs and preferences.

I welcome clients aged 13 and older; teens, adults, and elders. No matter what stage of life you’re in, I believe therapy should be tailored to your needs and your goals. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to support, guide, and empower you as you discover your own path toward healing, growth, and resilience.

Whether you’re a teen navigating identity and relationships, an adult balancing life’s pressures, or someone later in life facing transitions and reflection, you don’t have to walk through it alone. Together, we can work toward creating meaningful change and building a life that feels more manageable, hopeful, and fulfilling.
