For girls ages 13–17 who want to build confidence, manage anxiety, and strengthen peer relationships

• 8-week in-person group, therapist-led and structured

• Fee: $40/session ($320 total, paid upfront)

• Small group setting (8–10 participants)

• Confidential and guided environment, focused on skills-building and self-esteem

• Screening consultation required prior to participation
